Designed by golfing stars Neil Coles and Angel Gallardo, The Stadium is both technical and aesthetically perfect. Host to numerous PGA European Circuit tournaments, this course offers world-class golf that even professional players admire.

The Open at Real Club de Golf El Prat

Originally established as the Barcelona Golf Club in 1912, Real Club de Golf El Prat moved to new facilities in El Prat de Llobregat in 1954. 30 minutes away from Barcelona, the club is now located on the BonVilar estate beside the Sant Llorenc del Munt I l’Obac Natural Park. Designed by Greg Norman, the club boasts two 18-hole layouts in addition to a 9-hole practice course. Out of all the courses, it is ‘The Open’ which should get your full attention. Measuring over 7,300 yards from the back tee, this par 72 course features wide tree-lined fairways with strategic bunkering to all players to test their game.

Golf de Pals

Inaugurated in 1966, Golf de Pals is the oldest golf course in the Costa Brava. Located on the farmland of Arenals del Mar, the course is set beside spectacular dunes covered by a pine forest. Designed by Fred Hawtree, the par 73 18-hole course stretches 6262 metres on flat ground with narrow tree-lined fairways. Whilst the first three holes are gentle, players should not become complacent. Featuring strategically placed greenside bunkers and doglegged holes, the holes become increasingly demanding as golfers progress.

The Links Course at Emporda Golf Resort

Located near the village of Gualta in the Costa Brava, Emporda Golf Club offers two 18-hole golf courses in a serene environment. In homage to British links-style golf, the Links Course combines harsh rough, small greens, subtle contouring and strategically placed bunkers for fast play. However, unlike British links, Emporda includes various water hazards throughout the course including the signature 18^th hole which involves a lake and a 300 square-metre green.

Golf Club D’Aro

Located between Platja d’Aro and Santa Cristina d’Aro, Golf Club D’Aro offers the breath-taking views of the Mediterranean Sea. Sitting at an altitude of 300m within the protected natural area of Les Gavarres, the course was designed by Ramon Espinosa in 1992. Nestled within the Gavarres Mountains, Golf Club D’Aro stretches 6,218 metres along deep ravines, with any ball straying from the fairways lost forever. Incorporating two large lakes for variety, the key to scoring well at Club D’Aro is to focus on precision.

Torremirona Golf & Spa Resort

The Torremirona Golf & Spa Resort lies between the lush Pyrenees foothills and the Gulf of Roses in the Mediterranean Sea. Designed by Eugenio Aguado and Jordi Soler, the course aims to appeal to both experienced players and those with a more relaxed approach to the sport. A course in two halves, the first nine holes are played over undulating terrain and narrow tree-lined fairways. In contrast, the second set features wide fairways, greens and plains, encouraging golfers to relax and enjoy the calm surroundings.
