How to Book

STEP 1

• Go to the Quote Generator – click ‘From’ & start typing the name of the airport/resort you will be transferring from – click your choice from the drop-down. Do the same for the ‘To’ box.
• Choose the dates and time you’ll be travelling. If travelling one-way, check ‘One way only?’
• Choose the number of adults/children travelling using the ‘+’ & ‘-‘.
• Click on ‘Get an INSTANT Quote!’

STEP 2

• View available transfer type options and prices (prices are shown in total & per person).
• Prices given in GBP – change currency using Currency drop down menu located below transfer options.
• Click ‘Book Now’ on chosen transfer type

STEP 3

To book one transfer type on arrival and a different one on departure e.g. Private transfer on arrival & shared on the departure leg, you can select this in the booking details, using the Transfer Type tab. To view the transfer type description, click on the blue question mark, next to the Transfer Type box.

If you are booking a scheduled shuttle, you will need to choose the time of the shuttle from the options on the drop-down menu.

Please note – If there is a transfer type that is only available for one leg of the journey, based on the availability of transfers for your travel dates or times, then a warning will pop up to tell you this. The transfer type will not be offered at the top of the page, but you will be able to choose it from the drop-down list within the booking form.

• Enter accommodation name & address, flight number & arrival time + name and mobile number of lead passenger
• If there are children in your group, fill in the Child Age and Seat types boxes, for each child travelling
• Travelling with skis & snowboards, or bikes? Specify the number in the relevant box
• Click on Leg 2 to enter departure journey details
• Click on Add Leg to add addition journey. Then click Recalculate Now, to update price
• Click on Make Booking.

STEP 4

• View summary of booking (please check all details are correct).
• Click Change My Options to change anything on booking.
• Read and review T&Cs and Transfer rules then click the box to confirm.
• Click on the Confirm & Pay to be taken to the payment page.

STEP 5

• If you have previously booked with us you will have username (normally your email address) and password, please use these to login
• First time booking with us? Click  Register and then fill in the form and you will have a login and password created and emailed to you

STEP 6

• You can choose to pay using your Paypal account, or by using a debit or credit card
• Once payment is complete, you will receive a notification to confirm your booking is successful.
• You will receive an email booking confirmation, which includes all of your transfer information, details of what to do at the airport and any contact numbers you may require. Please check these details carefully.

Follow the instructions when you arrive at the airport to locate your driver.

For your return journey, you will receive an SMS the afternoon before you are due to depart confirming your exact pickup time.
