Founded in 1940, Real Club Pineda is a sports-lovers paradise in the heart of Seville. Occupying an area of 80 hectares, the complex caters to eleven sports including horse riding, tennis, croquet and golf. Boasting an 18-hole golf course with two practice areas, 10 tennis courts, 14 table tennis courts, 2 five-a-side football courts and 3 Croquet fields, the club has excellent facilities that suit visitors of all tastes.
Real Sevilla Golf Club
Considered to be one of the best golf courses in Europe, Real Sevilla Golf Club has hosted numerous international tournaments such as the Andalusia Open in 2009 and the Spanish Open in 2008, 2010 and 2012. Designed by Jose Maria Olazabal, the course stretched 6,529 metres and has been designed to suit players of all abilities. Excellently maintained, the course features more than 10,000 trees, 9 bunkers and 9 lakes, all helping to create a demanding yet enjoyable layout.
Club Hato Verde
Just a short transfer away from the centre of Seville, Club Hato Verde was inaugurated in 2008. Designed by Manuel Pinero, this relatively young golf club boasts an 18-hole course which is played to a par of 71. Priding itself on its accessibility, the course is challenging whilst also being easy to walk. The club also offers a driving range and a short game area.
Club Zaudin Golf Sevilla
Designed by the renowned South African golfer, Gary Player, Club Zaudin Golf Sevilla is one of only a few Gary Player designs in Western Europe. Laid over gently undulating land, the 18-hole course plays to a par of 81 and is routed through olive groves and palm and orange trees. Featuring wide fairways and contoured greens, the course boasts a low slope rating.
